Ordering & collection

No. Fireworks are classed as explosives, so we don’t post or deliver them. Every order is click & collect from our store at Unit 105, Glan y Afon Industrial Estate, Llanbadarn Fawr, Aberystwyth SY23 3JQ.

Choose your fireworks online, pay securely at checkout and you’ll receive an order confirmation with your order number. We’ll email you again when your order is packed and ready. Then come to the store with your order number and photo ID.

We take orders online, so please order through the website first and then pop in to collect. If you’d like advice before you order, give us a call on 01974 272534.

We’ll email you as soon as it’s packed and ready. Please wait for your “ready to collect” email before setting off.

Your order number and valid photo ID, such as a driving licence, passport or PASS card. The person collecting must be 18 or over. We operate Challenge 25, so if you look under 25 we’ll ask for ID.

Call us on 01974 272534 before you collect and we’ll help.

Buying fireworks

You must be 18 or over to buy fireworks in the UK. It’s also illegal for anyone under 18 to carry adult fireworks in a public place.

Yes. We hold an all-year-round licence, so you can order from us for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and any other celebration — not just Bonfire Night and New Year.

Yes. We test every firework ourselves and film it. The videos are on our YouTube channel, sorted into playlists, rather than on the product pages. Can’t find the one you’re after? Call us on 01974 272534 and we’ll tell you what it does.

F2 fireworks are garden fireworks — spectators need to be at least 8 metres away. F3 are display fireworks that need at least 25 metres. Always check the safety distance on the label against the space you have.

Yes. Our low-noise range gives you plenty of colour with far less bang — ideal if you live near animals, livestock or neighbours with young children.

Definitely. Tell us your budget, the size of your space and the occasion, and we’ll recommend the right mix of fireworks. Call 01974 272534 or send us a message.

Using fireworks

Between 7am and 11pm. On Bonfire Night (5 November) you can carry on until midnight, and on New Year’s Eve, Diwali and Chinese New Year until 1am.

Check the minimum safety distance printed on each firework. As a guide, garden fireworks (F2) need at least 8m between the firework and spectators, and display fireworks (F3) need at least 25m.

Keep them in a closed box in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children and away from anything that could set them off. Don’t store them in the house near a heat source.

Never go back to it or try to relight it. Leave it for at least 30 minutes, then soak it in a bucket of water. If you’re unsure, give us a call.
